Now able to do even more: serving trolleys with new features from Blanco Professional

Thanks to three new options, Blanco Professional serving trolleys are now qualified for new jobs: as a mobile cutlery dispenser, clearing station or worktop. Panelling sets in 14 colours ensure a matching outfit and a harmonious ambience.

Destination: buffet! Serving trolley with cutlery attachment

Every existing Blanco 10 x 6 serving trolley can now become a mobile serving unit for trays, cutlery and napkins thanks to the addition of the cutlery attachment. This attachment can be easily retrofitted and removed again as required. The optional panelling colours are an ideal match to any ambience and a perfect fit for the Basic Line food serving system.

Quickly sorted and ready to go! The new clearing station

The mobile clearing station is suitable for sorting and returning trays and dishes for up to 45 diners. It combines work processes, saving time for service. It also impresses when used in self-service operations: helping to clear away after meals is an important aspect of learning how to deal with resources in schools and nurseries.

A privacy shield with labelling options helps to keep a clear overview for sorting. Functionality is enhanced by optional extras such as the shelf for trays, the drip tray to hold glass racks and the hanging frame for GN containers.

The space booster: the new worktop

The new stainless-steel worktop for serving trolleys provides a highly practical, mobile cutting surface in next to no time, providing extra space for front cooking with the Blanco Cook station, for example. The new worktop fits perfectly on almost every existing Blanco 8 x 5 serving trolley. It features two cut-outs for inserting GN containers for transporting chopped ingredients for use as catch trays.

The high-quality Blanco Professional synthetic or solid beech cutting boards guarantee a firm grip and are perfectly designed for combination with the worktop and integrated GN containers. The hanging frame for GN containers, including a bracket for paper towel rolls, creates even more work surface. The range is completed with a practical sneeze guard and a knife holder to mount on GN 1/6 containers.
