Roland Spleiss is the new CEO of Blanco Professional

Roland Spleiss was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Blanco Professional on 23 March 2015. Roland Spleiss will lead the company in cooperation with Chief Technical Officer Stefen Walter. The company's headquarters are located in Oberderdingen, Germany, and it is part of the E.G.O. Blanc and Fischer group.

The qualified economist is originally from Stuttgart and has 24 years of experience in the industry. He was previously active in the refrigeration technology sector in Germany and Asia, in addition to the field of special-purpose machine manufacturing. Most recently, he was the Managing Director of the family company Wörwag Pharma. "I am looking forward to the many tasks involved at the top of Blanco Professional which, with its qualified and motivated employees, has been successful in a diverse range of industries for 90 years," explains the 54-year-old father.

Blanco Professional is equally pleased to welcome its new CEO. "With Roland Spleiss, we have gained a Chief Executive Officer with international experience," states Frank Straub, Chairman of the Advisory Board. "He will lead the well-established Blanco Professional group with an acute sense of responsibility and dynamism, whilst continuing the successful work of previous years – in relation to customer focus, innovation, the optimisation of operational processes and the expansion of our global market position."

Roland Spleiss is the successor of Friedrich Schock, who left Blanco Professional after three years to venture into self-employment.
