Delivery reliability and process flows had repeatedly proven to be critical issues when MELAG worked with other suppliers in the past. Project management quality standards were not met.

In view of these circumstances, the company approached us and asked us to set up smart processes and functioning project management for the washing chamber of their thermal disinfectors.
