Thanks to the fully integrated induction technology with up to three hobs, the B.PRO COOK I-flex offers a wide range of applications. Cooking inserts in various designs are simply positioned on top and can be replaced quickly. The range of food on offer is as varied as the selection of cooking equipment. This can be prepared before customers’ eyes, from breakfast to midnight snacks.
Thanks to its compact dimensions and integrated extractor hood, this cooking station can be easily integrated even where space is limited. The mobile to-go version of the B.PRO COOK I-flex is also ideal for catering and out-of-house assignments. The 230 V version can be operated from any standard household socket outlet.

Effective air purification thanks to extraction bridge
The powerful filter system of the slim extraction bridge effectively reduces fumes, grease and odours. The filter cassettes can be removed without tools and easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The integrated digital display provides information about the filter change. If you need even more filtration performance, you can opt for the electrostatic ION TEC filter system, which reduces blue smoke and extends the service life of the activated charcoal.
