COOK underframe cooling table featuring active convection cooling to roll into front cooking stations BC classic 3.1 and 4.1.
The cooling table is fitted with two double-walled hinged doors on the front. The inner wall features five grids each on the left- and right-hand side containing two variable height-adjustable support rails to insert Gastronorm containers in 1/1 format. Refrigerant: R290
The cooling table is mobile thanks to four steering castors, two of which have brakes
