COOK underframe cooling table featuring active convection cooling to roll into front cooking stations BC classic 3.1 and 4.1.
The cooling table is equipped with two full extension drawers per side on the front. They can be used as normal drawers or to insert size GN 1/1 Gastronorm containers or their subdivision using cross- and lengthwise bars. The maximum usable depth for GNs is 100 mm. Refrigerant: R290
The cooling table is mobile thanks to four steering castors, two of which have brakes
