Leadership change at the B.PRO Group Dr. Ralf Klöpfer hands over to Andreas Ostermann von Roth

At the end of the year, B.PRO’s CEO Dr. Ralf Klöpfer will leave the company at his own request. As of December 1, 2025, Andreas Ostermann von Roth will join the company and assume responsibility as CEO. The experienced manager previously worked for the Group’s sister company BLANCO from 2020 to 2023, where he was known for his holistic, customer-focused approach to operations. Over the next two years, he will focus on adapting the business model and advancing professional food logistics at B.PRO.

Effective December 1, 2025, Andreas Ostermann von Roth will join the B.PRO Group and take on the role of CEO. The 61-year-old is no stranger to the BLANC & FISCHER Group: From early 2020 to June 2023, he served as COO at BLANCO, where he was responsible for the newly established Operations department.
