B.PRO at the INTERGASTRA 2026
Off to Stuttgart: B.PRO will be focusing on two key areas of commercial catering at the INTERGASTRA fair from 7 to 11 February 2026: school catering and mobile cooking stations for practical and live operations. The trade fair appearance will demonstrate how both areas can be implemented in day-to-day operations – with specific product solutions and formats that make their use tangible in a variety of ways.
The new products that B.PRO will be presenting in Stuttgart are not standalone individual developments. Indeed, they can be integrated into existing systems to enhance them and simplify processes.

BASIC LINE sorting station
With the new sorting station, B.PRO is responding to the growing importance of well structured return and separation processes, particularly at schools and daycare centres. Clearly defined openings ensure that waste sorting remains traceable – a key prerequisite for preventing waste from being put into the incorrect containers and also for making processes verifiable.

BASIC LINE Kids diagonal
Another new product is the BASIC LINE Kids diagonal, which has been specially developed to meet the needs of young guests. Smaller distances between the bowls, an ergonomic serving height and usability from both sides make it easier for children to access food, thereby supporting independent processes. At the same time, the serving height of 750 millimetres facilitates barrier-free use – for example for wheelchair users – and underlines the inclusive nature of the product line.

B.PROTHERM K with removable heating element
In future, the B.PROTHERM K front loaders with convection heating will optionally be available with a small yet critical change. The heating element, which was previously permanently integrated into the door, can now be removed without tools thanks to a LOXX quick-release fastener. Facilities with existing plastic food transport containers also benefit, as a conversion kit is available for the 420 K and 620 K models.

Proven pillars of the portfolio at a glance
Alongside these new products, B.PRO will be showcasing numerous established product lines at INTERGASTRA 2026 that have been proving their worth in the commercial catering sector for years. The focus topics of cooking stations and school catering will be supplemented by various concepts, including transport and logistics systems. This gives visitors a comprehensive overview of how individual components can be combined to create effective overall solutions.
Cooperations that make a visit to the trade fair special
The two thematic focuses are also continued in the supporting programme.
Chef Vincent live on the stand
One very special highlight is the trade fair premiere of the "Chefkoch-Vincent-Kochshow" cookery show. Chef Vincent's real name is Mike Germershausen. He regularly showcases his culinary skills in videos and pop-up events and has built up quite a following – with around 220,000 followers on Facebook alone. Visitors to the B.PRO trade fair stand will be able to watch live as social media content is created with B.PRO COOK. This is not just about the result on the plate. Together with guests from the industry, including top chefs like Marc Haeberlin, a demonstration will be provided of how professional catering technology really works.

B.PRO in the LunchLab
A visit to the LunchLab is also worthwhile for those responsible for daycare centres, schools and local authorities. This special zone addresses the processes and structures of commercial catering in a practical way. B.PRO will not only represented there with the JUNIOR-SERVE brand, but will also contribute its expertise to a panel discussion on school catering.
Cook meets Rock & Burger Battle
Anyone looking for a respite from the classic trade fair hustle and bustle will also find what they are looking for.
From 6:30 pm on 7 February 2026, B.PRO will be part of Cook meets Rock, which combines top cuisine, music and charitable commitment. Professional chefs, partners and brands will all be cooking for a good cause at 18 cooking stations – for example using the B.PRO COOK I-flex. The proceeds from ticket sales, auctions and donations will be channelled into child and youth welfare projects.
At the final of the Burger Battle at 3:00 pm on 10 February 2026, teams will compete against each other under time pressure to celebrate burger culture and win over the jury. B.PRO is supporting the competition with two B.PRO COOK I-flex cooking stations, as well as serving trolleys.

Interaction with partners
B.PRO will also be present on partner stands during the INTERGASTRA fair. Selected products will be on display here, embedded in various concepts and forms of presentation. B.PRO will also be presenting itself for the first time at the leading trade fair as part of the meet&work network and will be categorising its solutions in conjunction with other industry players.
