The next generation of the Blanco Cook product family has arrived: what began with the development of our first front cooking station
ten years ago is now being logically continued with the addition of the new Blanco Cook I-flex model series.

 

Blanco Cook classic now stands for powerful cooking stations that have earned widespread renown due to their exceptional performance. Their strengths are very clearly demonstrated at peak times, for example.

 

They are now joined by the new Blanco Cook I-flex model series with an even more compact and lightweight design for improved mobility. It uses some of its big sister’s track-proven technology and also enables new applications.

 

The new Blanco Cook I-flex offers maximum flexibility thanks to its efficient, fully integrated induction technology with up to three hobs. Cooking inserts such as pans, griddles or pasta cookers are simply placed on the hob and can be quickly exchanged. This wide range of cooking equipment means that an equally varied array of food can be prepared to order directly in view of customers – from dawn to dusk.

 

In the mobile to-go version, Blanco Cook I-flex is also ideal for catering and out-of-house assignments. 

 

 

Time-tested expert meets innovative newcomer – the common denominator

 

Flexiligence is what unites the Blanco Cook classic and I-flex
model series: Blanco Cook is an intelligent cooking system that meets different requirements with maximum flexibility. It paves the way for the realisation of new business ideas.

 

Both model series feature a highly efficient filter system with the
Ion Tec option, which also filters out blue smoke. Another thing they have in common is the extraction bridge, which provides additional space for arranging, garnishing and serving food. The electronic Blanco control system with its clear symbols makes operation simple and automatically reminds you to change or clean the filters.

Product preview at the Betriebswerk Heidelberg

 

The new Blanco Cook I-flex was officially revealed to the public at a celebratory event at the Betriebswerk Heidelberg in early October. Marc Haeberlin, star chef at Auberge de l’Ill in the French region of Alsace, added a sweet touch with crêpes prepared on the new Blanco Cook I-flex to go cooking station.
